1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Users can cancel or reschedule booking sessions up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled consultation session without incurring any fees. Cancellations requested less than 2 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

2. 100% Refund Guarantee

You are entitled to a full 100% refund of the consultation fee paid if:

  • The assigned lawyer or professional consultant fails to join or attend the scheduled consultation.
  • A platform technical error prevents the consultation from taking place.
  • The consultation booking is rejected or cancelled by the lawyer beforehand.

3. Claims Timeline

To claim a refund under the 100% refund guarantee, you must notify our customer support team at admin@legalandvakil.com within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be processed.

4. Processing Timelines

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved by our support team, the refund is processed and automatically credited back to the user's original source of payment (credit card, debit card, or UPI wallet). The refund typically appears in your account statement within 5 to 7 business days.

For any disputes regarding service quality, document draft deliveries, or CA/CS filings, please get in touch with our Support Center or submit a query on the Contact Us page. Our team is committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and quickly.
